This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a people-focused organisation undergoing positive transformation and growth. You’ll partner directly with operational leaders across a large multi-site estate, helping shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performing, engaged culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with senior operational leaders to deliver people plans aligned to business goals
  • Leading on complex and high-volume employee relations matters, providing pragmatic commercial advice
  • Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in people management
  • Driving engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Using people data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Junior HRBP or Senior HR Advisor in a multi-site environment
  • Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, consumer brands, FMCG, or other customer-facing sectors
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge with hands-on ER expertise
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting large frontline populations in fast-paced operational settings
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in evolving businesses
