Confidential multi-brand food operator based in West London is seeking a commercially sharp, brand-led Head of Marketing to take full ownership of the marketing function and lead the next stage of growth.
The package includes a 4-day working week with 3 days per week in the West London office.
Your remit will span three major growth levers:
- Make delivery platforms perform harder: You will own the strategy behind approximately £80k of monthly media spend, promotional planning across more than 75 sites, and senior relationships with key platform partners.
- Build consumer brands with real pull: Shape distinctive brand identities, build a high-performing content and social engine, test new channels, and develop partnerships that generate measurable demand.
- Support expansion from 75+ to 150 locations: Own the marketing strategy that supports the next phase of estate growth, including positioning, awareness, demand generation, and campaigns to attract high-quality partners.
You will have meaningful influence over how the marketing function is designed, including the mix of platform marketing, brand and content, growth support, permanent hires, freelancers, and AI tooling.
The business is integrating AI deeply into operations, and marketing will be no different. They are looking for someone who uses AI to automate repetitive work, increase creative and analytical output, while knowing where human judgement still matters most.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years at Head of Marketing level or equivalent, leading a team of at least three.
- Experience in setting marketing strategy rather than simply executing someone else’s plan.
- Commercial thinking and comfort being accountable for revenue, ROI, and ROAS.
- Experience managing significant paid-media budgets and improving efficiency at scale.
- Creative brand-building skills without relying on huge budgets.
- A deep understanding of digital, social, and content to distinguish activity from genuine demand-driving work.
- Confidence operating with founders, senior partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience using AI as an operating tool.
- Experience in delivery marketplaces, QSR, food delivery, franchising, or multi-site businesses would be advantageous.
Success within your first year would mean stronger organic demand for the portfolio, more efficient paid acquisition, a stronger growth engine supporting the route to 150 locations, and a marketing team you have shaped that can operate with minimal founder-level oversight.
If you want a senior marketing role where you can genuinely shape the strategy, team, and brands, and see the commercial impact of your decisions quickly, we would love to hear from you.
