We're partnering with a well-established premium hospitality brand to recruit an Operations
Manager responsible for a portfolio of around 10–12 locations across the South East.
This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role where you'll work closely with site leaders to strengthen performance, develop talent, and ensure consistently high standards across your region.
You'll be someone who enjoys being in the business, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping teams achieve their full potential.
The Role
- Coach and develop Site Managers, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining consistently high standards across every location.
- Support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience through effective leadership and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of regional performance, with responsibility for sales, labour, profitability, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational standards, and company policies.
- Support new site launches and regional projects while working closely with the wider leadership team to deliver business objectives.
