With fresh initiatives, new customer experiences, and ambitious plans on the horizon, they're looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Executive to join the team and play a key role in the journey.

Working closely with the Head of Digital, you'll be at the heart of the brand's customer engagement strategy, supporting digital marketing campaigns, CRM activity, customer communications, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across key channels
  • Building and executing CRM campaigns across email and SMS
  • Helping drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
  • Managing and optimising customer journeys and digital touchpoints
  • Supporting customer communications and feedback management
  • Analysing campaign performance and customer insights to inform future activity
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
