We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. You'll set the standard for how the store runs, how guests are treated, and how the numbers look.

  • Driving engagement through regular feedback, development planning, in-store training, and team meetings.
  • Owning the guest experience end-to-end, building loyalty and turning first visits into habits.

  • Planning and managing shifts around seasonality, footfall, and local events - keeping workflows tight and budgets on track.
  • Overseeing stock management including ordering, counting, and keeping waste within monthly targets.
