We are seeking an experienced leader from ahigh-volume Grab & Go, QSR, or food-led hospitality background who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a proven track record in:
- Operational excellence and efficiency
- Building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently
- Managing budgets and operational performance
- Leading from the front and being hands-on within the operation

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Bluewater site, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer service
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a motivated and engaged team
- Monitor and control operational costs and budgets
- Drive initiatives that enhance staff and customer satisfaction
- Champion a positive, people-first culture
- Lead by example and remain hands-on during busy trading periods
- Drive commercial performance and support the continued growth of the business
