We are supproting a growing hospitality group with their first sales hire.
This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager looking for a role where you get to shape a department from scratch.
If you are a senior commercial salesperson who knows how to win major corporate accounts, build revenue from scratch and negotiate confidently with aggregators, this could be a very strong next move.
They already have the operational infrastructure, delivery partnerships and production capacity in place.
Now they need a commercial hunter to turn that platform into significant new revenue.
Your biggest focus will be winning corporate catering, workplace food, large-order and recurring B2B accounts across London.
You will also work with existing aggregator partners such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat to strengthen commercial relationships and maximise performance.
We want to speak to you if you
- Have a strong track record in senior B2B / corporate sales
- Can show the revenue, accounts and pipeline you have personally created
- Are confident prospecting, cold calling and opening senior-level conversations
- Have experience with aggregators, food delivery, hospitality, catering or foodservice
- Understand commercial negotiations, margins, commissions and key account growth
- Are a genuine new business hunter, not someone who only manages existing accounts
You will have the freedom to build this channel from the ground up, work directly with senior leadership and potentially build your own team as the business grows.
£50k–£60k basic + uncapped commission. If you create the revenue, there is real upside.
If you know how to open doors, win major corporate clients and turn relationships into revenue, we want to hear from you.
