A leading food business is looking for a Recruitment Manager to take the wheel of an established in-house TA team, and make it genuinely excellent.
You will lead a team of three covering everything from volume operational hiring to specialist supply chain, procurement, and technical food roles across multiple UK sites. The infrastructure is there. What's needed now is strong leadership, sharper processes, and someone who can reduce agency reliance while raising the bar on candidate experience and hiring manager accountability.
