This role offers real visibility, influence, and variety. You’ll partner directly with operational leaders across a large multi-site estate, helping shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performing, engaged culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with senior operational leaders to deliver people plans aligned to business goals
- Leading on complex and high-volume employee relations matters, providing pragmatic commercial advice
- Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in people management
- Driving engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Using people data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Junior HRBP or Senior HR Advisor in a multi-site environment
- Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, consumer brands, FMCG, or other customer-facing sectors
- Strong UK employment law knowledge with hands-on ER expertise
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting large frontline populations in fast-paced operational settings
- Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in evolving businesses
