Franchise Business Manager
Location: London & Southeast (Field Based)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car allowance
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional franchise support role.
We're looking for a Franchise Business Manager who can help shape the future of a growing franchise network during a period of significant transformation. The business is moving towards a true franchise model, with ambitious plans to grow, strengthen franchise partnerships and build a network capable of supporting substantial expansion over the coming years.
This role will be instrumental in creating that future.
You'll act as the primary operational partner to franchisees, helping them improve performance, build capability, drive profitability and prepare for growth. You'll work with both existing operators and future multi-site franchise partners, ensuring the network is built on strong operational foundations rather than short-term fixes.
The business has recently undergone significant change and is entering an exciting new phase where franchise support, accountability, standards and growth will become key drivers of success. The successful candidate will play a major role in that journey.
