This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take ownership of a single-site high volume quick service restaurant operation within a well established and growing hospitality business. You will be joining a site portfolio with strong trading foundations and an established team structure.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the front line, driving standards, and making a visible impact on both performance and culture. You will be responsible for improving consistency on the site while developing a strong leadership team underneath you.
The General Manager Role- Full responsibility for a multi site QSR operation
- Leading and developing a large frontline team across two restaurants
- Driving performance across sales, service, quality and operational standards
- Taking ownership of both a high-volume drive through site and a turnaround location
- Building structure, consistency and accountability across both teams
- Coaching and developing Team Leaders and Shift Managers into stronger leadership roles
- Ensuring smooth day to day operations across both sites
- Working closely with regional leadership to deliver agreed KPI targets and improvement plans
- Identifying operational gaps and implementing practical solutions to improve performance
- Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR or high volume hospitality
- Strong background in leading large teams in fast paced environments
- Experience managing complex single site or multi site operations
- Confident in both driving performance and improving underperforming sites
- Strong coaching ability with a focus on team development
- Hands on leadership style with strong operational awareness
- Comfortable working in a KPI driven environment
- Resilient, adaptable and motivated by improving standards and results
- One high performing drive through site delivering approximately seventy thousand pounds in weekly sales with a strong operational setup
- One smaller QSR unit delivering approximately thirty five thousand pounds in weekly sales requiring structure, leadership and performance improvement
- Supported by an Area Coach responsible for four sites who has progressed internally within the business
