We're partnering exclusively with one of the UK's fastest-growing QSR brands to find a Brand Training Lead who can build their people function from the ground up. This business is scaling fast: 6 sites today, 15 new openings in the next six months, and an international franchise programme already in motion. They need someone who can design, deliver, and scale a training system that keeps pace with that growth without compromising standards. This isn't a manager who oversees from a distance; this is a hands-on builder who'll be on-site for opening weeks, in stores coaching managers, and at their desk designing the systems that make great training repeatable.

What the role involves:

  • Owning and delivering the full New Store Opening training programme across every new site personally.
  • Building crew, Shift Leader, ASM, and GM development pathways from scratch with clear milestones and progression criteria.
  • Creating and running a Certified In-Store Trainer programme to accredit high-potential crew for BAU onboarding at site level.
  • Blending digital learning delivery with practical in-store facilitation.

The person we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in an L&D, brand trainer, or training manager role within QSR, fast casual, or multi-site hospitality.
  • Proven NSO delivery experience; you have been on the ground for new site openings and know what it takes.
  • Able to design training content from scratch including workbooks, digital modules, assessments, and facilitation guides.
  • Exceptional in-room presence; you can hold a crew of 20 at 7am on opening day and make them want to be there.
  • Commercially minded and self-directed; you understand training exists to drive operational performance and you manage your own workload without hand-holding.
  • Bonus points for franchise training experience, a Level 3 AET qualification, or exposure to apprenticeship levy programmes.

What is on offer:

  • £50,000 – £62,000 depending on experience.
  • Performance bonus tied to training KPIs and opening targets.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • A clear progression path from Brand Training Lead to Head of Training to Director of L&D as the business scales.

This role suits someone who wants to build something from scratch inside a brand that is genuinely going places. If you have delivered NSO programmes, built training infrastructure, or helped a scaling QSR brand grow without losing its standards, I would love to hear from you.
