We're looking for a driven Channel Account Manager to grow and scale our partner ecosystem across the UKI region. This is a high impact role focused on building strong partner relationships, driving pipeline, and delivering revenue through the channel. You'll work closely with VARs, distributors, and internal sales teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies and win new business in a fast-moving cyber security market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow partners
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners
- Create and execute joint business plans with clear revenue goals
- Work with distribution to identify and scale new partners
- Manage and grow a set of existing focus partners, identifying new cross-sell and expansion opportunities within their customer base
- Drive pipeline and revenue
- Generate pipeline through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities
- Work closely with sales teams on deal strategy, positioning, and closing
- Support partners across the full sales cycle
- Deliver partner enablement including training, certifications, and sales plays
- Run joint campaigns, events, and demand generation activity
- Ensure partners are aligned to messaging and positioning
- Attend industry, partner, and customer events
- Build strong in-person relationships across your partner base
- Travel across UKI to drive engagement and growth
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Track pipeline, performance, and forecast accuracy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in a Channel or Partner Account Manager role within cyber security or enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of VARs, MSSPs, and distribution models
- Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with structured sales approaches such as MEDDICC is a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth expectations, bringing a strong hunter mentality, high energy, and consistent focus on building pipeline and closing business
