Job Description
The Field and Channel Marketing Manager accelerates business development for the Business Solutions Group (BSG) in Northern Europe with a UK focus. The role is responsible for driving demand through channel programs and field campaigns, delivering high‑qualified leads and high Return on Investment (ROI) for the region. The manager collaborates with local sales teams and channel partners to increase pipeline and conversion rates, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor a go‑to‑market plan leveraging the allocated budget.
- Analyze prospects, customers, and market drivers/trends to recommend promotional strategies.
- Drive lead generation campaigns aimed at delivering qualified leads.
- Communicate regularly with the sales and channel organization about campaigns and programs.
- Track ROI and business impact of go‑to‑market plans and adjust future campaigns.
- Upload and track all generated leads in Salesforce in accordance with the lead management process.
- Collaborate with channel partners, sales teams, and online & communications teams to identify strategic opportunities for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Establish relationships with key sales and marketing personnel at focus partners.
- Host regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about marketing developments.
- Support and execute channel marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work with sales management teams to grow existing channel partners, attract new partners, and generate new business.
- Facilitate training and enablement activities, adapting communication channels, promotions, and training programs to regional and local requirements.
- Establish and develop working procedures, facilitate communication between Bitdefender and local partners, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Build the Bitdefender brand through communication tactics and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of Bitdefender’s identity and brand in all communications materials.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports for campaigns, programs, and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an analytical field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel/B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of the Northern Europe market is a plus.
- Experience in the IT software industry is mandatory; IT security is a plus.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage immediate, short‑term and long‑term projects simultaneously.
- Organize and schedule work effectively even under urgent timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in an international company is desirable.
- Ability to work from home 100% of the time and make business trips, especially to attend professional events.
