Bitcoin Trading UK is looking for a Crypto Exchange Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations across centralized cryptocurrency exchanges. This role focuses on exchange accounts, deposits and withdrawals, balance availability, and operational coordination to support active trading and execution activities. This is a handsâon operational role working directly with live exchange environments and real crypto assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor exchange accounts across multiple crypto exchanges
- Coordinate deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers between exchanges and wallets
- Ensure balances are available to support trading and execution teams
- Monitor exchange fees, withdrawal limits, and settlement times
- Track exchangeârelated issues such as delayed withdrawals or failed deposits
- Maintain accurate records of exchange balances, transfers, and operational activity
- Liaise internally to resolve operational bottlenecks affecting trading
- Adapt workflows as exchange rules, limits, or conditions change
Requirements
- Handsâon experience operating crypto exchange accounts in live environments
- Strong understanding of exchange deposits, withdrawals, and settlement mechanics
- Experience managing balances across multiple exchanges
- Familiarity with software wallets such as MetaMask or Exodus
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
- Ability to operate under timeâsensitive conditions
- Professional fluency in English
Important: This role is not suitable for passive crypto users or retailâonly experience. Real operational experience with crypto exchanges is required.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 150,000â230,000 USD per year
- Performance Bonus: Based on operational efficiency and reliability
