What will the role of Junior Sous Chef involve?

– Delivering high standards, including food hygiene and health and safety standards

– Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification

– Working on your own section and as part of a team

As a Junior Sous Chef you will need to have:

– Experience of working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
