We need a creative, results-driven leader who can bring our brand to life, connect with local communities, and grow our reach across the region.

Role

This is a hands-on role blending strategic marketing flair with operational excellence. You’ll drive customer loyalty, boost brand awareness, and maximise revenue — working closely with the General Manager, Marketing Team, and restaurant teams to deliver consistent brand experiences and exceptional service every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan for both the Bar and Restaurant in each of the sites.
  • Manage budgets, liaise with local suppliers, and make decisions on promotions, events, and partnerships in line with business objectives.
  • Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Oversee Google My Business, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.

Brand & Community Engagement

  • Develop local partnerships (e.g. tourism boards, local businesses, events, influencers).
  • Organise and promote in-house events, seasonal promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Work alongside the general manager and central marketing team to maintain brand consistency and push wider brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong visual and brand awareness.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and a love for food, hospitality, and community.

  • Financial wellbeing platform Wagestream, which lets you track your earnings, access your wages before payday, set up savings and provides a financial health score checker.

  • Discounted selected dishes on shift, and wines at cost price.
  • 24/7 employee assistance programme.
  • Fantastic staff nights out and on-shift daily and monthly incentives.
