Your day-to-day:
- Leading and motivating the housekeeping team
- Maintaining 5* cleanliness and presentation standards
- Managing rotas and stock levels
- Ensuring rooms are prepared efficiently and on time
- Supporting recruitment and training of team members
What you’ll need:
- Strong housekeeping experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
