Sales and Events Manager - Nottingham
We're looking for a passionate, commercially driven, and community-focused Local Sales & Events Manager to lead the growth of our Bistrot Pierre restaurants across Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable events, and delivering exceptional sales results.
Working closely with our General Managers, Group Senior Sales & Events Manager, and Marketing Team, you'll develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies that drive bookings, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue across the region. From securing corporate partnerships and high-value group bookings to creating compelling events and maximising every sales opportunity, you'll play a key role in the commercial success of the business.
With clear sales targets and KPIs at the heart of the role, we're looking for a proactive self-starter with excellent networking skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into measurable results while creating outstanding guest experiences.
