Overview

We\\\'re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales and Events Manager to join our vibrant team - covering three of our key sites in Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby.

The Role

This is a hands-on role blending strategic marketing flair with operational excellence. You\\\'ll drive customer loyalty, boost brand awareness, and maximise revenue - working closely with the General Manager, Marketing Team, and restaurant teams to deliver consistent brand experiences and exceptional service every time. Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan for both the Bar and Restaurant in each of the sites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan for both the Bar and Restaurant in each of the sites.
  • Manage budgets, liaise with local suppliers, and make decisions on promotions, events, and partnerships in line with business objectives.
  • Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Oversee Google My Business, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
  • Brand & Community Engagement: Develop local partnerships (e.g. tourism boards, local businesses, events, influencers).
  • Organise and promote in-house events, seasonal promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Work alongside the general manager and central marketing team to maintain brand consistency and push wider brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong visual and brand awareness.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and a love for food, hospitality, and community.
