We currently have a wonderful opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Local Marketing/Duty Manager at our vibrant seafront restaurant in Mumbles where you’ll combine creative marketing with hands-on operational leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Swansea’s most iconic coastal locations.
Aim of the Job
To lead and deliver all local marketing initiatives for our Bistrot Pierre restaurant in Mumbles while taking an active, hands-on role in day-to-day operations as a Duty Manager. The role will combine creative marketing with strong operational leadership to drive customer loyalty, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Working closely with the General Manager, Marketing, and restaurant team, the Local Marketing & Duty Manager will ensure consistent delivery of our brand vision, high standards of service, and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive local marketing activity through strategic campaigns, community partnerships, and engaging social media content. Manage online reputation and promote in-house events to increase footfall and brand awareness. Act as Duty Manager, overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high operational standards. Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring clear communication, effective training, and a positive workplace culture. Manage budgets, liaise with local suppliers, and make decisions on promotions, events, and partnerships in line with business objectives.
