Tucked away in the heart of Canonbury, Bistro Sable is Noble Inns’ latest creation, a neighbourhood bistro inspired by the spirit of classic Parisian dining. We serve timeless dishes with the Noble Inns ethos of sourcing ingredients with the utmost provenance, from day-boat fish to game from the Royal Estates, all cooked over coal. We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant and help us take things to the next level.
We believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated and take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to fill all our senior positions internally through training and support. If you are ambitious and are looking to progress into management, this could be the perfect place for you.
