ABOUT BISTRO SABLÉ
Bistro Sablé is a new chapter for Noble Inns, bringing a fresh restaurant concept to the heart of Shoreditch. We’re creating a warm, vibrant and refined dining experience where great food, genuine hospitality and attention to detail come together.
We’re looking for a confident and personable Host to join our opening team and play an important role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest.
THE ROLE
As Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm welcome, managing the flow of the restaurant and ensuring every guest feels looked after from the moment they arrive.
You’ll work closely with the restaurant management and reservations team to ensure service runs smoothly and our guests receive a consistently high level of hospitality.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as a host, reception, reservations or front-of-house role is preferred.
- Warm, confident and naturally welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
- Professional and well-presented.
- Able to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A positive team player with a genuine desire to develop.
