Tucked away in the heart of Canonbury, Bistro Sable is Noble Inns’ latest creation, a neighbourhood bistro inspired by the spirit of classic Parisian dining. We serve timeless dishes with the Noble Inns ethos of sourcing ingredients with the utmost provenance, from day-boat fish to game from the Royal Estates, all cooked over coal. We are now looking for an experienced Bar Staff/Bartender to join our passionate front‑of‑house team. This is a busy, service‑led pub and restaurant where genuine hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.

About you:
- Have experience as Bar Staff/Bartender in a similar establishment
- Speak fluent English
- Have a passion for food & drink
- Be kind, friendly & outgoing
- Know the difference between service & hospitality
- Enjoy the challenges of a busy restaurant
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be willing to work hard
- Know how to make cocktails (advantageous but not essential)
- Have Michelin experience (advantageous but not essential)
