Tucked away in the heart of Canonbury, Bistro Sable is Noble Inns’ latest creation — a neighbourhood Bistro inspired by the spirit of classic Parisian bistro’s.
We serve classic dishes using the same Noble Inns ethos of sourcing our ingredients with the upmost Provence which will include dayboat fish to Game from the Royal estates.
We are looking for an experienced and confident Head Chef to take things to the next level.
We work closely with some of the UK’s greatest farmers so you need to have a passion for working with fresh seasonal ingredients.

About you
- An ambitions Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience cooking to 2-3 AA Rosette level, with a French Culinary background.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and determined Head Chef who takes pride in what they do, enjoys working collaboratively and is ready for a new challenge.
- Take a proactive hands-on approach to running a professional kitchen.
- A proven track record of running a professional kitchen including managing budgeted GPs and 5* Food Hygiene.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience of building, motivating and developing teams to get the best results at all times.
- A passion for imparting knowledge and training up both FOH and BOH teams.
- A passion for working with the best produce.
