Bistro Freddie is a design lead and atmospheric 45-cover British-French bistro and counter-top in the heart of Shoreditch. The menu is decadent with some seriously nostalgic French classics, which showcase the best of British produce. The wine menu is classic, grown up and highlights the fantastic wines of unsung French wine producers.
Every shift is full of energy and variety. One moment you’re welcoming guests with genuine warmth, the next you’re recommending the perfect wine to pair with their meal, or keeping service smooth and upbeat on a busy Saturday night. You’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering memorable dining experiences that make people want to return again and again.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Welcome every guest with confidence, warmth, and a smile.
- Food & Wine Knowledge: Guide guests through our menus, recommend dishes and drinks, and share your passion for hospitality.
- Creating Atmosphere: Bring energy and personality to the floor, keeping the vibe polished, friendly, and relaxed.
- Building Connections: Make guests feel at home, creating genuine experiences that turn visitors into regulars.
- Team Player: Support your colleagues across the floor and back of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Standards & Care: Keep tables, service areas, and guest spaces looking their best while upholding health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a quality-driven restaurant or bar (preferred but not essential).
- A natural people person with a love of hospitality.
- Interest in food and wine, with a willingness to learn and grow.
