Bistro Freddie, a design-led and atmospheric 45-cover British-French bistro in Shoreditch, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a small but ambitious kitchen. You will be hands-on with menu development, lead during busy services, and mentor a close-knit team in a quality-led, fast-paced environment.
