As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in our growth. You’ll open doors, start meaningful business conversations, and create high quality opportunities for our Sales team. This is a role built around insight, curiosity, and commercial thinking, not scripts. We invest heavily in training and development, and it shows. What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Engaging key decision makers through thoughtful, business‑led conversations
  • Understanding customer challenges, priorities, and commercial drivers
  • Building strong B2B relationships that lead to high quality meetings
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities to consistently achieve KPIs
  • Developing strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Using multichannel communication, including social selling, to maximise impact
  • Contributing to consistently strong customer Net Promoter Scores by delivering a reliable, professional service experience in every customer interaction
