What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking full accountability for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their current and future business objectives
  • Identifying and owning sales opportunities within your accounts, ensuring long‑term customer success and satisfaction
  • Championing customer success through a commitment to ensure our services continue to deliver real, measurable value
  • Sharing relevant technology insights to help customers stay informed and future‑focused
  • Proactively introducing new products and services that align with customers’ goals and priorities
