Following a significant round of investment, they are rapidly expanding their London Tech Hub. They need a strategic heavy-hitter to step into a Global Sales Operations Manager role—a position that sits directly as the 'right hand' to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
In this role, you aren’t just managing a CRM; you will run the 'engine room' of the global sales organisation, ensuring processes are frictionless, data is actionable, and the team is equipped to outperform the competition.

They’ve built a top-tier benefits package designed for a real work-life balance:
- Choice of hybrid or in-office work, plus a 'Work from Anywhere' policy for one month a year.
