We are seeking a bright, energetic, and hardworking individual with a minimum of 12 months of continuous paralegal experience to join our Mental Health department. This is a highly specialized area of Human Rights Law, focusing on mental health, mental capacity law, and public law. As a Mental Health law Legal Paralegal, you will play a vital role in advocating for and representing some of the most vulnerable individuals in our society. This position requires a strong commitment to helping people and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications:- Completed a law degree and/or Legal Practice Course (LPC)
- Hold a UK Driver's License and have full access to a car
- Day to day case management
- Independently run files from start to finish under supervision
- Meet with clients regularly to take instructions and provide updates
