The Company Bison Security Posts & Bollards Ltd isn’t just a supplier; we are the UK’s frontline in perimeter protection and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM). From warehouse safety to protecting high-profile public spaces, our engineering is trusted where failure isn't an option. We are currently in a high-growth phase and are looking for a heavy-hitting sales professional to dominate the London market.

The Role: We don’t need an "Account Manager"—we need a Business Developer. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business across Greater London. Your day-to-day won’t just be managing accounts; it will be uncovering major construction projects, breaking competitor specifications, and getting Bison products onto the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Engineering: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial, industrial, and public sector opportunities.
  • Strategic Specification: Work with contractors and developers to ensure Bison is the primary choice for perimeter security.
  • Consultative Closing: Act as a technical expert, conducting site surveys and advising on HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) solutions.
  • Territory Ownership: Total accountability for your regional P&L and sales targets.

Are you the right fit? We are looking for a proven track record, not just a CV. You can demonstrate year-on-year growth and have a "black book" of contacts in construction, facilities management, or local authorities. You are motivated by a high-reward commission structure and the challenge of winning "big ticket" security contracts. You can read a site plan and understand the physics of security—you don’t just sell a bollard; you sell a safety solution. You are field-based, hungry for the next meeting, and thrive on the road.

Requirements:
  • 3+ Years Sales Experience: Specifically within construction, security, or industrial plant/safety equipment.
  • New Business DNA: A documented history of exceeding "New Business" KPIs.
  • CRM Discipline: Ability to manage a complex pipeline using modern sales tools.
  • Full UK Driving License: Essential for site visits across the London territory.
