SAP Sales Lead is required by our cutting edge technology client, a digitally native company that use the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every facet.
We are looking for a SAP Sales Leader to join the team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities with existing customers or new logos. You will act as a subject matter expert on the company's SAP offerings. Besides deep involvement in our area of focus (SAP solutions), you will have the opportunity to lead multi-discipline opportunities across our entire Application Services.
With your specialized know-how in SAP solutions, you will help account teams to drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory, help qualify leads into opportunities, and execute qualified leads through to closure. You will be an important player within our organization and will be interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans, and business models to enable further growth in the SAP space.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities with existing customers or new logos.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the company's SAP offerings.
- Drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory.
- Help qualify leads into opportunities and execute qualified leads through to closure.
- Interface with internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans, and business models for growth in the SAP space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions.
- Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling, and/or delivering SAP services.
- Experience in consultative selling services with 'use cases' to address specific industry challenges.
- Hands-on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.
- Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks.
