SAP Business Development Manager is required by our expanding SAP Consulting partner to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SAP services and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to build strategic relationships, craft tailored propositions, and deliver substantial deals.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture high-value prospects in large enterprise organisations, driving pipeline growth through strategic outreach and market understanding.
- Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and senior IT leaders.
- Solution Crafting: Develop bespoke value propositions for SAP and cloud services aligned to the customer's strategic goals and challenges.
- Revenue Growth: Deliver against defined revenue targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, pre-sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.

- Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable success in selling SAP services (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, managed cloud solutions) to large enterprise clients.
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in IT sales, focusing on SAP solutions, cloud transformation, or digital services.
- Deal Management: Proven ability to identify, craft, and close major, complex deals worth £1M+ in total contract value.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and RISE with SAP.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT landscapes.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT outsourcing models, project services, and managed services.
- Experience with SAP Partners: Prior experience working for an SAP Partner or consulting organisation.
- Strategic Selling: Ability to engage C-level executives, articulate business value, and position solutions as critical enablers of success.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation and financial understanding to create win-win contracts.
- CRM: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
