Bison Concrete and Civils Ltd is a family run building and civil engineering contractor based in South Wiltshire covering the entire of the UK, specialising in bespoke and complicated land and water based engineering projects and more complicated construction projects, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual to join our close knit team of operatives and managers.

Role

We are looking to recruit a mature, motivated reliable and honest individual to join our team. You will be a highly flexible and willing to learn with the opportunity to progress academically as well as be exposed to the on-site realities enabling you to take forward your experiences and put them into practice. We can offer a broad range of exposure to working on large civil projects to smaller bespoke projects requiring high levels of technical expertise as well as individual mentorship and paid learning.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop
• Some form of construction experience (not essential)
• Higher level education (not essential)
• 18 years or above with a UK driving licence
• Well motivated, willing to contribute and be part of a team

Benefits

Excellent salary PAYE, with a negotiated starting salary in line with your current experience, reviewed annually. You will have the sole use of a company vehicle, fuel card etc, ongoing training and support. We actively look to develop our staff to APM and MCIOB status.
