The role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced digital copywriter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional copy and content across all digital formats - from impactful short-form content to compelling longer narratives. You'll work closely with our SEO Specialist and the wider Digital Marketing team on a variety of B2C and B2B campaigns.

Location: Hybrid (Home and Newport-based)

Hours: 39 hours

Description of the role:

  • Create compelling copy across diverse digital channels including, but not limited to, multiple websites (product descriptions, categories descriptions, blogs, etc.), digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Craft SEO optimised content that aligns with our digital growth strategy and delivers real value to the reader.
  • Maintain brand consistency, applying each brand's unique tone of voice across all deliverables, and ensure all copy aligns with set objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of brand voice in every interaction, knowing not just what to say, but how and why.
  • Collaborate with SEO Specialist and the rest of the team to refine structure, messaging, and accuracy.
  • Deliver on agreed deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.

Must haves:

  • Minimum of three years' copywriting experience.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with an eye for digital formats (blog posts, social media, web assets).
  • Strong understanding of SEO writing best practices, including keyword integration, content structuring, and writing with both user intent and search performance in mind.
  • Ability to independently pitch ideas, craft narratives, and respond well to feedback.
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills with the ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and content calendars.
