When Kaleidoscope bought the hotel back in July 2021, they promised to re-inject the love and personality that the property so deserved, and we’ve absolutely done that! As Receptionist what
you’ll be doing
- Working a variety of weekend and week day shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and
departure - Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs,
preparing bills and taking payments - Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering
queries and resolving issues - Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer
so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too - Take care of the admin – When you’re not face to face with our
guests you’ll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer-based work
