As our Sous Chef, what you'll be doing:
- Supporting our Executive Head Chef and Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen.
- Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team.
- Delivering consistently high standards of food and presentation.
- Supporting menu development and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Helping manage food costs, stock control and kitchen efficiency.
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creating a positive, supportive kitchen environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
- A genuine passion for food and quality ingredients.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Someone who can stay calm, organised and positive during busy services.
- A team player who leads by example.
- Someone with personality, enthusiasm and a willingness to grow.
