As Food and Beverage Supervisor, what you’ll be doing:
- Be the reliable support to our Restaurant and Bar Manager as you take care of the needs of your team and our guests throughout the restaurant, bar, and beautiful terrace.
- Get hands on with providing training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent to your team.
- Take responsibility for being a leader while on shift and enjoy sharing the positive guest and management feedback with your team.
- Grow your own skills and knowledge by working closely with our senior managers and taking the opportunity for further internal and external training.
- Bring along your own skills too; we love to learn from our new team members.
