As Spa Receptionist what you’ll be doing
- Be the warm welcome and friendly goodbye for our spa guests whether they be members, hotel guests or just with us for an enjoyable relaxing day
- You will be the vital team member that makes our spa so fantastic when you’re at work, you’ll check guests are enjoying themselves, help with queries, assist the therapists and attendants and communicate with your hotel colleagues to help each day run smoothly
- Administration will become second nature as you take calls and emails, make bookings and send confirmations on our spa systems as well as preparing information for new and current spa members
- Standards are important to us so during the busy times you will help oversee the guest areas ensuring everyone arrives to the beautiful spa looking clean and tidy
- Providing an approachable atmosphere for all members and guests who visit the spa. Show your hospitable spirit, offering to serve a coffee or two or maybe pour a glass of champagne
- Feel valued as part of a team knowing once the job is done you can switch off until you start your next shift
As our Spa Receptionist, what you'll get

A full-time (37.5 hours pw) role working 5 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.
