We are looking for a skilled all‑rounder to bring the owner's creative vision to life as we renovate 10–12 unique guest bedrooms. You'll be hands‑on with every stage of the project – from carpentry and tiling to plumbing and decorative finishing. Work closely with the owner and management team to ensure exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and on‑schedule completion.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out high‑quality carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, and general renovation work across 10‑12 guest bedrooms.
  • Install fixtures and fittings, including bespoke furniture, chandeliers, wall coverings, and other design elements.
  • Prepare and finish surfaces, including painting, wallpapering, and decorative work, to exact specifications.
  • Work to the owner's instructions, ensuring their creative and often unconventional design vision is realised.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers as needed.
  • Manage timelines and work efficiently to ensure rooms are completed on schedule.
