Overview
Supporting our current Spa team maintaining the cleanliness of our spa, including treatment rooms, steam and sauna rooms and changing rooms. This is a physical role, with the right tools provided for the jobs that need doing. You will contribute to an approachable atmosphere for all members and guests who visit the spa, offering hospitable service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the spa areas, including treatment rooms, steam and sauna rooms, and changing rooms.
- Provide an approachable atmosphere for all members and guests; offer hospitality to guests (for example, serving a coffee or pouring a glass of champagne as appropriate).
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service so the spa remains clean, tidy and serviced to an impressive standard.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in a housekeeping or spa support role with physical stamina for a hands-on environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude.
