As Housekeeping Supervisor what you'll be doing:
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining all guest bedrooms and guest areas to a high standard leading by example whether working with the Head Housekeeping or leading the team yourself. In this hands-on housekeeping position you will train team members on the standards agreed between you and our Head Housekeeper to keep our hotel a location people want to work, stay and play. In this dedicated department you can develop team engagement as you show imagination while improving working styles, hotel standards and our guests' overall experience. Demonstrate your passion and pride as you maintain our hotel's standards and work with the Head Housekeeper to find new and more efficient ways of working. This is a hands-on role providing the opportunity to lead from the front and demonstrate a passion for our incredible industry while training to progress within the team.
