Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant and Bar Manager by attending to the needs of the team and guests throughout the restaurant, bar and terrace.
- Provide training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent to the team.
- Lead on shift, sharing positive guest and management feedback with the team.
- Work closely with senior managers to grow your own skills and knowledge, and take advantage of internal and external training opportunities.
- Contribute your own skills in areas such as rota planning, stock management, and inductions.
