When Kaleidoscope bought the hotel back in July 2021, they promised to re-inject the love and personality that the property so deserved, and we've absolutely done that! With newly refurbished suites, a re-launched kitchen garden restaurant and a plethora of pop-up spa and restaurant concepts on their way, Bishopstrow is the perfect place for anybody wanting to be part of an exciting ever changing journey.

As Chef de Partie what you'll be doing:

  • Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes
  • Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with its delicious seasonal produce
  • Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn
  • Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you'll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too
