  • Effectively manage, train and develop a team of supervisors, bar and waiting staff.
  • Be inspirational, going out of their way to ensure the guest experience is the best the guest could have.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Able to look after large functions to include weddings, conferences, and lunch/dinner parties.

Hours of Work and Pay:

This is a permanent full-time role, working 48 hours 5 days out of 7 with bank holidays and weekend working on a shift basis due to the nature of our business. We are offering a competitive rate of pay.
