Bishopsgate School is looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of Girls' Games & PE to join their thriving Sports Department. The role offers flexibility as a part‑time position, with days and hours coordinated with the sports timetable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality PE and Games lessons to girls' classes.
- Co‑coach and referee school sports fixtures, working closely with the Director of Sport.
- Support the girls' games programme and help organise sporting events, competitions and occasional weekend tournaments.
- Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records and report to parents.
- Contribute to the wider pastoral and supervisory life of the school.
Qualifications
- Expertise in one or more girls' games disciplines (netball, hockey, cricket or football).
- Excellent teaching practice with strong organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
- Willingness to contribute fully to school life, including weekend sporting events.
