Bishop's Tachbrook CE Primary School is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager/Caretaker to take care of our school environment. This is a full-time, all-year round, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible, through the Headteacher and Governing Body, for a wide range of duties and responsibilities related to the fabric and grounds of the school.
- Supervise cleaning staff and maintain the school premises.
- Be experienced in School Caretaking or a relevant role, or willing to undertake training.
- Have a good knowledge of COSHH regulations.
- Apply Health and Safety and Manual Handling regulations.
- Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
