Whole College Attendance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Whole College Attendance Officer to lead the day-to-day management of attendance across the College. This is a key role focused on promoting excellent attendance, supporting pupil wellbeing and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Working closely with pupils, parents, boarding staff, tutors, pastoral and safeguarding teams, and external agencies, you will help identify and overcome barriers to attendance, ensuring every pupil is supported to fully engage with their education. As the College’s central point of expertise for attendance matters, you will play a vital role in driving our attendance strategy and fostering a culture where every pupil can thrive.
