Ridgeway Academy is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants', one juniors and five secondary. - Is a passionate Teacher of Social Sciences at both Key Stage 4 & 5 who puts student progress and engagement at the heart of all they do

- Is willing to learn and help evolve the good practices already in place
